Shabbat morning happens every week. Services at the retreat are unhurried and open: Birkat HaShachar at 8:30, Shacharit at nine, the Torah reading at 9:30, kiddush at 10:30. Or just drop by any time until one. Nobody is counting, and nobody will ask where you have been.
Community Shabbat dinners are not every Friday. Each one is a long table under string lights, too much food, and a conversation that runs past the time everyone said they would leave. People arrive before sunset. Candles are lit. Your phone disappears for a while. They are ticketed and spaces are limited, so they do need booking in advance.
Song and Soup Shabbat is the gentler version: ninety minutes on the courtyard as the week winds down, with warm soup, fresh challah and singing. No dinner, no long evening, no commitment.
The holidays happen outdoors wherever we can manage it: the lulav under the pergola at Sukkot, dancing with the Torah at Simchat Torah, latkes and music at Chanukah. High Holidays move indoors to Addison Reserve and Hyatt Place Boca, and reservations there are mandatory.
